I get my bikini waxing done from here. Every staff member is so polite and courteous and their work is pretty good as well. The quality of their wax is commendable. I would highly recommend this place to everyone

I have been waxing for years now and understand the difference between different type of RICA available in the market. 5 stars for the quality, the service and the cleanliness. So glad that apart from body wax they also do face wax including eyebrow wax! Extra points for that one!
One of the best people I have come across in service and being a global business traveler, I recognize good service immediately, but Wax Touch under Nimesha is outstanding and her assistant Pooja is excellent to complete the job! Even though I was late and they had to wait for 2 hours after closing, they didn’t complain and were more than happy and polite to service. The best in my waxing experience although . I never thought I would be waxing until a few years back I was adviced to do so due to my skin condition. Nimesha gave me lots of advices and towards the end she gave me complimentary oil for my skin issue.

Moreover the owner is well learned and she had been in this industry for quite long looks like. My first waxing experience was here and it was excellent. Ofcourse there is a bit of pain to be expected but the person doing it was extremely professional, set expectations and did a wonderful job.

The beauticians are not careful, yesterday while waxing my eyebrows they peeled off my skin. Being a sensitive area, care should be taken this was the second instance and they were not even sorry for the mistake.

Very poor, pathetic and Super Painful experience. I would suggest not visiting this place. I had my eyebrows waxed there, but the girl doing it was completely unprofessional. Without checking the temperature of the wax, she applied it directly under my eyes, and it burned. When I told them it was burning, they said, "No ma'am, it happens."
When I left the parlor, it was burning like hell. They applied aloe vera gel and increased the fan speed, but it didn't help.
The next day, I called the parlor to tell them I had burn marks under my eyes. The person I spoke to said that if it was too hot, I shouldn't have gone through with the treatment, and then claimed I was taking a peeling treatment, which I wasn’t. She started making up stories, so I ended the call.
Later, someone else called me from a different number, apologized, and asked what they could do to make it right. But you know, this is something you can't just fix. They burned the skin under my eyebrows. In my opinion, the person who hired that employee is at fault.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. If you don’t know how to wax eyebrows, how can you call yourself a professional?

I loved the experience of the wax touch. I did not experience any pain while getting the waxing done. Also, tried eyebrow wax for the first time and I swear I have not got this perfect shape of eyebrows ever! Mariya had done my eyebrows and upper lips etc and she is perfect, her hands are soft and light, and suggested what would be good for my skin. Extremely happy! Five stars to this salon and I am going to keep coming back
I have been going regularly to this place for the last 3 years now. Gel wax is amazing; it doesn't cause rash, redness, or burns which I usually get from regular wax. The staff is very polite and cooperative. And my hair growth has reduced reasonably because of consistent gel waxing. All in all, it was a good experience
